R/O systems

Hi
I have been looking into different R/O systems so that I can make my own R/O water at home. I was wondering what you use and what you would recommend?

I saw one called a SpectraPure Marine Pro 100 R.O/D.I system for $277 .... i believe it makes 100 gallons of RO water a day. Is this a good system???

I was also wondering where I can get a 30 - 50 gallon barrel to store my RO water in....

Imo no need for di. And I'm sure there are sponsors on here that sell them less than 277. I use food grade 55 gal. drums from wine makers. Check with a pepsi,coke distr. near you.

I just got one from Air, Water and Ice for a bit cheaper. Extreme Typhoon 3.. 150 gallons a day, 5-stage, DI, 2 TDS/Quality meters plumbed into it, and a free hand held TDS meter. Not a toy, like the other 3 RO's I went thru...Bill

Also Purchased from Air/Water and Ice until they forced me to pay the shipping costs to return a defective unit to them. Bought three units from them and I assure you, I will never buy another from them because of this.
