I was doing a WC and i accidently blew off about 4 wrigglers and now they are on the bottom. Will the parents hopefully replace them on the cone or are they dunski?

Hi Derek. The parents will usually put them back, or at least try, to put them back on the spawning site. I have had at times wrigglers on the bottom, but once freeswimming, all was fine...Bill

If you think blowning a few wrigglers of the cone doing a WC is bad, just wait until to suck a few fry out of the tank doing a WC. Hopefully either the parents will put them back or they'll go free swimming from there when it's time and then attach.

it is usually not a problem if a few fall to the ground, right before they go free swimming they usualy end up on the ground any way and by then the pair is tired of picking them up. also sometimes the parents will move them from a cone once they hatch and start to wiggle right to the bottom of the tank in a corner or to the front part of the tank onto the silcone
