I have a female that I believe may be eating fry after they go free swimming. She has successfully raised a batch, but the last two batches seem to slowly disappear after attaching (and she seems to be the aggressor). If I am planning on removing her for the next batch, when would be the least stressful time for the male? Right after they are laid, after they become wigglers, or right before they go free swimming?

I don't think your male is going to care. It won't matter when you remove her, as long as it's after the eggs have been laid :D but before the point when the fry are eaten. Good luck!
