my diamond blue breathing fast so that they don't close the gills completely either and being chased all this after water change it a bb tank ph8 60%wc daily temp 31

How many discus in tank? any other fish in it? which fish is doing the chasing?

6 diamond blue, 7 super melon, 6 torquise with three cory and few shrimps and pro is with diamond blue and other diamond blue is chasing but its not feeding chase for sure

sounds like normal behavior,a different fish might get picked on tomorrow since you have that many, you must have a relly big tank with all that stock.

what about gilling,
they are still 1 inch juvenile and the tank dimensions are 48"*18"*24" height

they were gilling fast but were at the bottom and not on water surface air pump and filter are always on so is the thermostat heater they were normal in the morning maybe i had over feeded them
