I picked up some Discus from a guy who was feeding FBW using what looked like a little mesh funnel stuck to the side of the tank. I would like one myself as I prefer to contain stuff like that as it sometimes gets lost in the plants. Anyone have ideas for something similar that I could DIY. I could not find one in the store.

I believe it's made by Lee's

I have a few and I personally don't like it. I may work for adult but if you have younger discus and a few in a tank, some may never get to eat.

I use Lee's feeder cones and love them. I only feed BW as a treat, but when I do I use the cone.

There is somewhat of a learning curve for the fish though, but once one learns to suck the worms out, the others will follow. People recommend using live worms for teaching, but I never did. They can sense the frozen worms in there.

If you are having problems with a bully, use 2 cones.
