I asked my water company for a water analysis report, and they sent me back a link to the monthly water report... the only problem is.. I'm not sure what I'm looking at and/or for exactly. Could you those of you who are techno-water-savvy have a gander and point out if there's something I should be watching for?
Currently I treat with prime, and waterchange straight from the tap.

This is the most current analysis from July:

Looks like pretty decent water. Moderate pH, hardness and conductivity (umhos, microsiemens) with small amounts of trace elements (mg/L, PPM). Your provider uses chloramines, so prime is a good treatment regimen-

I'd encourage you to do more reading at their site. They'll help you understand what comes out of your tap a lot better than anything we could provide here on the forum...

provider uses chloramines...

It must be getting late, I can't find chloramines listed as being used in the water report. Almost all municipal water is fine for discus, especially when treated with something like prime or aged. Do your water changes at proper intervals and quantity and you should be fine.

I explored the site a little bit to find it, here-

Right there in the first illustration- "disinfection chloramines"

I entered the site from the front end, here-

A good site- very informative, even educational, as I offered to zekni...
