Damaged torn fin?

Ive just noticed the one of my turqs ( also the female ram too ) has damage to its lower fin nearer the tail.
The are 2 small V shaped sections missing. Does this just mean it has been getting bullied or is there something else going on?
It is in a 250 litre tank with 4 other discus, all around 4", 2 rams, 10 neons and 2 bristle nose.
It is swimming fine, eating etc. doesnt seem to be sick at all.

Ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 0
Water changes are 60% 2x weekly.
The tank has been running for over 1 year, running an eheim 2228 and an internal aquacare filter and an air stone.

Any suggestions?

if it doesn't appear to be fin/tail rot then there's an aggressor in the tank. daily wc will help it heal, in a week or so. good diet included. need to figure out who the aggressor is though. If it's a ram, remove the ram

Tears in fish fins is a part of a fishes life. It will heal in time
