cellephane worms

Hi ! I was wondering if anyone could please tell me what tiny clear cellephane type things would be coming out of discus anus, jst hanging a little bit even when fish not doing feaces? would they be tapeworm or round worm etc.. a few fish look a little emaciated but some with them don't. All seem active and r eating they have been flicking a little bit. first i tried levamisole for 3 days and now am using prazi on third day now. Ive also crushed fresh garlic straight into tank and am continuing to clean daily thanks.:confused:

Can you take a picture? What are you feeding them? Could even just be part of bloodworm that does not digest.

Ditto, if you feed bloodworms, the clear casings of the worm are pooed out.
