Let me reiterate that. In MY tank they would become a snack:D as far as busy they are a bit busier than cardinals or neons. HTH

I've had them here in my tanks with discus...they are one of my favorites Jerry..they even bred in my planted for me.. I've got a group of 10 in qt right now. for a tank.

They are active..like most of tetras are, but not bad.....My groups tended to stay in the upper 1/3 of the tank so didn't affect the discus too much.....not sure if that was by choice or if it was because a group of rummy noses had the middle 3rd of the tank.:)

I have a group in my planted tank. They are very active and gets pretty big.
