discus head down

I just bought 5 big discus, 4"-6". 4 of them are fine. but one starts to head down. Not sure if this is kind of external parasite. what can I do? I put it to a separate tank and add salt with high temperature for 2 days and no better , no worse.

It may be swim bladder infection. This can happen if you change the temp too rapidly for the fish. How did you acclimate the fish? Were these delivered to your house or store bought?
