hi the other day someone told me about a discus breeder in ohio named bill deem. has anyone ever bought from him? is his discus good????????????????:confused:

o also if any one has any discus for sale im still lookin for some in michigan or ohio( really would like a yellow one or some kind of leopard or something) and the discus around 2-4 inches. thanks

Bill is somewhere in the Columbus area. I visited his home back in 92? He had some really nice fish at that time but that was almost 20 years ago.

I have ordered from Bill many years ago, maybe in the early 90"s. His fish were some of the best I have had...and THE best mail-order back in the day when ordering Discus by mail was risky at best. Used to spend hours on the phone picking Bill's brain. Not sure about the quality now. But Bill always had consistant success with Discus using the K.I.S.S. method...Bill

I Believe Bill Deem is on aquabid thru his son-in-law ( I think thats the relationship) Larry P. They used to be sponsors here under the name 5star discus or something like that.

ya i know i was just at his house like 2 weeks ago. but the thing is i want some yellows or leopards that are like $20-$35 or somthing like that. so thats why i am looking for sone on here

bill is still at it. i was there back in may.i dont remember seeing any golds there.but his turqs are amazing he had a pair of blue diamonds that were the biggest discus i have ever seen! nice guy gave me a lot of tips. besides selling me a teffe green that was really a blue cobalt.lol i would recommend his fish to anybody.

I bought 8 blue leopard snakeskins from Bill about 2 months ago and am happy with them. He is a good guy to buy discus from.

I am from this parts ...Ohio..Kentucky and have heard lots of Good things about Bill Deem's discus . Everything I have heard have always been positive !
