I found some under the silk plant base on my last cleaning, they were alive not swimmers. I do not feed live blood worm, I use frozen and not feed bw exclusively. The fish all seem to be healthy, eating, good color and alert. The water parameters seem to be fine with ph 7.2, Ammonia 0, nitrates - 05 -10, water temp at 31c. I have not introduced any new fish or decorations. The only change i have made recently(3 weeks) was switching from a pure seafood mix to blending pork heart with the seafood. The only thing i saw that it may be is midge larva? Anyone have any ideas? Should i worry?

I still think it may be a live bloodworm, was it in a type of cocoon?. If I'm not mistaken the midge fly is pretty much in every warm weather location. Might want to increase cleanings and water changes.
Here is a video of a live blood worm
