hi.. can AC water be used in fish tank? does it contain chlorine or other chemicals

Are you referring to asbestos water pipe and mains? Could you please clarify?

AC water is basically distilled water but it might contain bacteria, mold and fungus from stuff that is growing on the coils. If the coil is very clean it might be OK. I wouldn't drink that water so I don't think I would use it on the fish either. You would have to add something to buffer the water too.

^This^ You never know what is going to pick on its way to your collection vessel.

I wouldn't chance it. Condensate from HVAC coils traps a lot of airborne pollutants, and can also contain high concentrations of metallic salts, like copper, if the coils are copper. It can also harbor pathogenic bacteria, like legionella, probably some others that may be pathogenic to fish.

Servicing and repairing HVAC equipment is part of my occupation...
