Discus always going to water surface

Hey all,
I've recently noticed my discus spending a lot of time at the very top of the tank. Often times with there mouths out of the water.
Someone once told me this was an issue of Ph, and that it usually means its too high.
Any insight would be great!

You might consider dropping a air stone in the water to see if they are getting enough oxygen.
