Discus eating plants

Hello everyone,

Yesterday , i sat right in front of the tank and watched them eating blackworms. I noticed 1 of mine pecking and eating moss plants. Does anyone let me know what is that sign? does it mean i don't give them enough vitamins?????

In their natural surroundings they eat quite a bit of algea and greens in general. It's nothing to worry about and is probably good for them.

Thank you kaceyo, i want to make sure i am giving them enough nutrition and trying to watch/learn their behaviors.
