L183 Gender Differences

Anyone know how to determine if a L183 is a guy or gal. I have three L183 in the 2 to 3 inch size. Thanks, Pat

L183 is the real ancistrus dolichopterus AKA the blue bristlenose. As all bristlenoses, male l183 develop a "beard", that is quite prominent. Female bristlenose develop only few samll tentacles.
