Hi I have a jager heater 200 W for my 90G tank. Today when I was cleaning my tank I also pulled out my heater after disconnecting it. I observed some water inside the glass tube between black plastic where led is placed to show if heater is on or off. Its not too much of water but just few tiny water drops like there is some steam gone inside. the nice example will be to compare a watch glass gets some water synthesized from inside during rain season (at least in India). Is this normal ? or should I get it replaced?

It can happen, I have a few with condensation/moisture in them but its risky to run them. I'd just keep an eye on your temp/heater.
