Iam curious , can the green of a green discus be color enhanced?:confused:

I don't think you can target just the green. You can enhance the color entirely but I do not think just the green. What type of fish?

Would be interesting to find out. I'd personally look into a diet that wouldn't turn the base color red. Something along the lines of a food for yellows. Thats just my thoughts.

thanks Eddie!! they are a proven male and an unconfirmed pair. the pair keeps going through the motions but no eggs. Iam pretty sure they are a wild cross and maybee I just dont have them comfortable enought to spawn for me. been thinking of adding a little sand and maybee a little wood to the tank and see what happens.

Get a 6700k bulb and consider a different color background on the tank itself. I bet that'll make it really pop.

I dont really know if they are a wild cross or not. I have just always been told there's no such thing as a domestic green, to my eye these fish are not blue, they are green.
