can i put one huge 7 inch discus with other 3.5 inch discus only like 4 of them.is this possible.thanks:confused:

In my opinion, it will depend a lot on the personalities of the various fish. If the large discus is aggresive or tends to hog all the food, then you are going to have problems. On the other hand, mature discus generally don't have too much of a problem with smaller juveniles. Once they reach maturity you may have some issues, however. I have different sized discus in a 75 gal tank with no problems. The larger fish are not at all aggressive and the smaller ones get plenty of food and are growing well.
I would say no problem. but you can only tell by trying it

Thanks guys i had always imagine it wud look beautiful with one huge discus surrounded by small discus. But I didn't dream of fighting thoe lol

I have Many sizes in my 125....all are fairly peaceful

The only problem I had was that the big guys ate a whole lot more food a whole lot faster. Kinda felt like I was wasting food, so I separated the bigs from the smalls.
