hi, till what stage eggs can be shifted to breeder tank . my discus laid eggs about 48 hrs ago can i shift them and what duration eggs can be exposed to air , cam i add M B after 48 hrs because fungus started to appear on white eggs i lost all wrigglers due to fungus last 3 spawn thanks

I wouldn't move them at 48 hours. You might be able to get away with it but I wouldn't do it. There probably isn't a set time as to how long you can keep them out of the water. What is it that you are trying to do exactly?

I am not gonna say yay or nay as I do not want to be responsible for the outcome. Its a risky decision and it could work but you need to be swift about it. And yes, you can add meth blue but why? Are they fungused over?

thanks Eddie yes Fungus started on white eggs it little bit now but its grows all over discus dont do anything about white eggs , they spawned 3 times b 4 but all wrigglers died due to fungus, abt M B 1 drop per gal whats urs advice and thanks for urs help mate

I think the MB wont help at this stage. Anti fungals are best used right after breeding or before breeding. I think the idea is that the egg hardens and seals after an hour or so, maybe sooner. just a thought.

MB is best used within a few hours of eggs being laid.
