Yesterday morning started off real badly with one of my Red Turks (Fm BobTools) swimming upside down, belly bloated, the other fish pecking at him. Having seen that once before I had some Epsom Salts handy. Removed him to a 5 gallon tank, 1 tbs of ES, and within a couple of hours he had righted himself. He was a little shell shocked on return to the big tank, but today I'm happy to report all is back to normal in the Amazon tank!
might want to leave him the hospital tank just a little longer than you stated.....

Just curious, why leave him in longer once he degasses or whatever and starts swimming normally? And if longer, how long?

Or just feed frozen brine shrimp for several days to keep him cleaned out.

I add a tbsp of epsom salt to my 72G tank w/ every wc. I had problems with bloating occasionally before I started doing that, but I haven't had any instances since I started that regimen.

1 tbsp per 72 gallons?

I add some epsom salt after every WC for my plants (along with a tiny bit of KI). This also helps the fish.

Does it help the fish, you asked them and they told you. LOL
