I have a group of San Merah X Yellow Sunrise fry, they're about an inch long now and doing great. This is my second set of discus that I've ever had, and I'm new to the hobby period. Please be patient with this yet another peppering question.
Are these strains PB based? Are my fry already showing peppering? I don't care if they're peppered as I don't plan on starting a breeding program or anything like that, I'm just curious. I've searched high and low for this answer and I haven't found anything. Maybe some of you can help.

I had just done a WC and fed them decapped BS eggs. There's no darkening substrate or background, water parameters are standard and not crazy. I've been feeding them pureed and plain beefheart, white worms, small black worms, decapped BS eggs, BBS, "Superfry II", and flake. They eat like crazy and are growing quickly. Water temp is 86 deg F.
