I'd say contact Kenny Cheung in Daly City, A San Francisco suburb. He imports Malaysian discus on a regular basis, and has been known to take pre-orders. I have no idea what sort of arrangement he'd want, I can't speak for him, but he's entirely trustworthy in my experience and in the experience of many others. It might require some patience, but Kenny comes through. He has some nice near adult pearl pigeons in this shipment, for example, and some slightly smaller checkerboard pigeons.
