anyone know any lfs or discus breeders that are located in orangecounty?
i know a lot of lfs but they seem to overprice their discus or they have ones that are too big

There isn't anything in OC. I'd check with San Diego Discus or Kevin (notjustfish) in Baldwin Park. He carries fish from Lucky Tropics. If you check now, Kevin is actually doing a group buy for a mass order. I think Chad from SD has a lot of smaller discus that he got in recently as well.

Also, Inland Empire Discus in Rialto may have some fish the size you're looking for.
