Thanks Vera!!! Can't say I have mastered it, but did get these guys to attach;)!!! They were on and off the parents for 2 days than the mom ate half, once I pulled her it took another couple days to get these guys to fully attach, allot of work but worth it in the end:D!!!

Thanks Johnnathan, got some other pictures so I could get a count, got a little over 70 but I am sure there will be some culls!!! I am hatching out bbs 2 times a day and feeding 8 times, and doing 2 100% water changes a day:)!!!

Thanks Chad!!! Can't say I got it completly figured out every pair is different, I know what I can do to help though, and there are going to be some changes made to my breeding tanks to make it a little more easy these guys were a pain LOL;)!!!

Thanks!!! I got them to attach with allot of hard work would take all night to explain everything I did, and can't say it would work for a different pair!!! Now they are attached I plan to do everthing I can to grow them out nice!!!

Albino Blue Diamond Throwback female laid egg last night over 200 eggs....
Albino Red Spotted Green male only guard the breeding area and do nothing... Previous he did his job while female laid eggs. may be he still learning.
today he only fan , i will need more time for him...

Just an update on these guys, the father has been taken away, still eating bbs couple times a day but eating allot of beefheart and tetra color bits now, and growing like crazy!!! They will be 3weeks tomorrow I will try to make sure I get some new pictures of them.

Hey Rick, the father was pulled out at just over 2weeks, it was a large amount of fry for him and they were really starting to tear him up, plus his first time and didn't want to risk him turning on the fry!!!


Sounds like they are doing wonderful. Looking forward to more pictures.

Thanks Francis, they are a cross an ARSG & ALSS. OH yes had to do allot to get them to attach, the water level was just a little above the parents for 5 days, but the Mom had to pull at 2 days because she started eating the fry!!!

Here are the pictures of the fry at 3 weeks right after a water change. I am feeding beefheart and tetra color bits most the time but still giving them bbs after water changes so they don't make such a mess:). I did have to cull some but still allot of fry.

Thank you very much Eddie!!! There were more culls than I am use to, but normal for albino's. As of right now looks like the rest are good:)!!!

This is the fry 4week old pictures, they are now off bbs eating beefheart/seafood mix, tetra colors bits and other flake foods. You can now see clearly the 9bar and the 14 bar, did a cull 3days ago and that was a very small one and it was 1" TL, so I am guessing most of these guys are an 1 and1/4 to 1 and 1/2" TL pretty good growth for Albino's!!! As with non Albino's the SS are growing a little slower than the 9 bar, the 9bar are showing more color at this age also. Hi Rick, in some of the pictures I can see the red in a couple but I am not sure why they don't why most don't look red in the pictures, can see it in person!!! I will have to figure out how to use my camera better LOL!!!

Well here are the finale pictures of these guys, had one person take the whole batch at 6weeks, I am sure he will be able to raise them out very nice!!! I was really surprised at the number of fry looked like around 40 after I had got done with all the culls but there was 64. That is the way it goes always seems allot more than you think LOL.
Sorry for the pictures I need to learn how to work my camera they have allot of red starting to come out but can't get it in the pictures:confused:!!!
