Need to know ideal water for Discus Breeding...

My current breeding tank setup ...

There's no need to lower the ph you listed......stability is the key; little fluctuation

How do you achieve stability with extremely low TDS, anyway? Very frequent water changes I guess?

Eh, I suppose 2 dKH would only contribute about 30-40 ppm TDS on its own, and that would give you moderate stability...but then how much of the other stuff do you need?

I don't even have expertise with TDS that low; five times that much is more my comfort range. I was only commenting on the ph...I would think it would make for weak offspring.

Do you mean PH 7.0 can weak offspring?
