I love nano tanks. If I had more time I'd set up a room full of them with small fish and shrimp. Here's my big little tank!

- 3g Picotope
- Zoo Med 501 canister filter
- Hampton Bay desk lamp (27w, 6500k, PC)

& one Halfmoon betta http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif

Jose, that looks awesome. My 3 gallon was a little reef tank.

Very nice Pat! Looks like we have the same tank. I ended up not using the filter and light that it came with though. I should have just bought a separate tank and saved a few bucks!

I hear ya on that one. Little sucker cost $100 at the LFS. Bought it as a gift for the kid and set it up for her when she was living with us last summer. Filter is sort of useless except for moving water plus the pump like to stop. Bio for this tank was all in the live rock. Light worked ok. I broke the whole tank down once a month for cleaning. Mostly inverts in this tank so no real bio-load.

Very nice. Always wanted to do something similar for shrimp or other small fish...have the tank, have the light (same light as yours) just never went further. I really would love to set up the cube tank with some wood and small anubias and maybe some moss, I think those are some of the best looking tanks.

Heres the small homemade cube I made (roughly 6gals), was a native tank but now its dry. Its the tank I'd set back up with plants if I could ever find the time. Sponge filter was just there to help seed the tank.

Here was my 10gal reef back in its prime. This tank is now also gone.
