What are these reading have to be for Discus

- temp ____

- ph _____

- ammonia reading ____

- nitrite reading ____

- nitrate reading ____

Also, what can I do to bring these reading to the Discus level without using chemical.

- temp 82 - 86

- ph 6.5 - 7.5 or even slightly out of this range, discus normally don't care a lot as long as it's stable

- ammonia reading 0

- nitrite reading 0

- nitrate reading 5 - 9 or so

Also, what can I do to bring these reading to the Discus level without using chemical.

Have a good bio filter established, don't over populate your tank, and change a lot of water. It's not as hard as most people think, and chemicals are RARELY needed and desired even less often.

these are indicators bacteria levels in the NITROGEN CYCLE in your tank... fish produce waste.. the bacteria break it down
