I am going to purchase a 93G cube 30x30x25. I would like your input on the Eheim model to purchase. Either a 2075 or a 2080.
Thoughts appreciated.

2080, though personally, I prefer the older 2250,and 2260 for the much greater media capacity. Cost less as well.

I need to preface this by saying I have no experience with canister filters other than my 2 Pennplax Cascade 1200's. The first came to me with a used aquarium, needed a couple of O-rings & media, but worked well enough that I bought another. Nothing fancy, but they have large capacity & aren't a bear to clean. I'm sure Eheims are probably better, but the price delta really is quite large, so I suggest that budget constrained enthusiasts might find the Cascades entirely acceptable... Great prices from Ken, too...

I had some trouble finding parts at first, but a quick email to Pennplax put me together with a source...
