How much epsom salt can i use for my 100 gallon tank with cardinals/cories and cherrys/ghost shrimps.

The cardinals seem a little bloated, like a good majority of their stomachs are SUPER fat and i feed twice a day. Once in the morning at 10:00am and then at 7:00pm.

I know cories are sensitive to salt because they have no scales. SO what how much Salt per Gallon can i put?

or is there another "Safer" method to try

Yep, that's a bit of a dilemna you have there. Perhaps it is safest to just withhold food for 24hrs. Then, a few frozen Brine shrimp to clean them out.

Cooked peas are another "home remedy" if the little buggers will eat them.

Standard dosage for constipation with Epsom Salt is 1 level teaspoon per 10 gallons. I think the cories would be OK with the ES; I do not know about the shrimp. ES will raise the KH and GH a few points.
