White poo? someone please help

Hello members, couple weeks ago my female was laying eggs and today, she seems to have a long trail of "white poo" idk what it is. Could it be a worm? i need some help. The fish seems to be ok, just swimming in the bottom though.


oh by they way, any reason why the male eats the eggs once the female lays them, they are only about a year old.
