Read a craigslist post in my area for a 410 acrylic tank for $500. Wish I had the room.

LOL! It's only like 10 lbs. per gal. I've had roughly 300 gals of glass tank and sump (really heavy) in my master bedroom for about 8 years now, sitting on a 2"x 10" framed sub floor. To prevent any problems, when I set it up, I attached 4"x4"s across the 2"x10"s, and used steel basement jacks to hold it up, to transfer the load from the floor, to the 4bys, to the jacks, to the concrete floor. Works wonderfully.
