LED spots.

Anyone with good knowledge on these? Are all par 38 spots focused? What's the difference? Are there any with color temps in the 6500-10000 range? I want to run at least 4 and up to 6 spots on my 300 gallon display. I'm looking for the lowest wattage with the greatest effect I can get. Thanks!

Not great knowledge, but from what I've read, the spots are primary used to focus a concentrated narrow beam of light on an object, such as a coral or plant, without having to increase the overall lighting of the tank.
