I feed my discus with variety of food. Usually, they would eat and finish the pellet food I give. Recently, I notice, they don't seem too eager to eat the pellet food.

Do they have mood swing and change their appetite now and then?

Let them get hungry once in awhile, theyll eat anything. They get favorites and if they are not real hungry they will not be as aggressive towards a so so meal.

I'm going through this right now. My guys have always like NLS Discus Formula pellets, but they've just decided to start turning their noses up at it. Go figure!

I'm having the same problem. They used to go crazy on the pellet. Now, they just look away. Though, I feed'em with different food from frozen to dry.

I feed beefheart mix, prime reef flake, FDBW, Tetra Colorbits and the NLS Discus pellets, plus bloodworms or brineshrimp as a treat once a week. No clue at all why they suddenly decided that they don't like the NLS pellets. I wonder if there are small variations in the recipes or something.
