Let me first say I haven't used the unit for about 1 1/2 years.

I tried running the unit but i'm only getting a slight drip out of the Ro output.
I do not have a pre water filter on ingoing water, but my unit has a pre filter and carbon filter on it.
I back flushed the unit, but my RO output is still almost nothing.
Waste water is a steady stream.
I don't see any blockage in any of the lines. Water input temp is above 60 F.
My membrane only has about a years usage on it with light use and it is rated 100 gallons per day.
Is it my membrane that needs replacing?
Anything else i should try?

Any place have good prices on membranes?

Thanks for any help.

Any way to clean it or is it just a matter of spending $100 bucks and replace it?

if the sit they dry out. I would get a new one plus a new flow restrictor and fliters. They are a lot less than $100 I get them here http://www.wateranywhere.com/Water_Filtration_Products/product_info.php?cPath=22_29_30&products_id=36&osCsid=198856760d0dd216a21d7090a2c45973

Yeah next time put the membrane in a bag and store it in the fridge.

Like jimg's post says, make sure you get the correct flow restrictor for the gpd of the membrane. You might as well buy the whole filter package whille your at it. Save shipping and cost by buying more at once. also you can put as big a membrane in there as ya want, it doesnt have to be what was original.

I like purewaterclub, free shipping.

Thanks for recomending them, Jim. I got excellent customer service from Dan, the owner. He helped me with stuff I didn't know. Great prices, too!

No way a new 100GPD membrane should cost you $100 unless you were going with a brand name like Coralife stamped on the packaging. I use the filmtec brand and have good results. Get them through Dan or Airwaterice.

Hmmmm, Filmtec 100GPD membrane $39.95 from your Dan. $26.50 from my Dan at wateranywhere http://www.wateranywhere.com/Water_F...1d7090a2c45973. Plus excellent customer service.

"And that's all I have to say about that".
