Yesterday I found my bnp dead. The only thing I saw happen before he died was he was swirling and swimming in circles but then went back to normal. Today I get home and two of my corys are doing the exact same thing. One died and I'm watching other. I never thought to check water but I sid find it was a bit cold when I got home and did wc and found it to be only 80.2 when heater is set for 86. Any ideas guys.

bnp do fine at that temp. Were there any cracks in the heater glass or water in it? Any meds added recently?

All water parameter good? Any signs of ick? Are the other fish in the tank all fine? I mentioned the heater because anytime a heater goes bad and fish are dying at the same time, it's very rare ime, but possible voltage. the only other thing I could think of off hand would be copper in the water.

is your tank fully cycled? I know you have been having issues with cloudy water. it could be a nitrate issue

I recently had one of my albino cories I had for more than three years die of same thing. Kept going around in circles and digging it's nose on the bottom. I have over 40 cories in my tank and he was the only one. I am guessing it just got sick. Doesn't always have to have a reason. Sometimes you just get sick, man or fish. Or at least that's what I think... :-(

I guess :/ at least it was the cheaper fish lol. I wanted to take the corys out without disturbing tank and this seems to be the best way Haha. And yss what is the fish in your default? Alenquers?

My BNP just died too. It's body was all white. All my other fish are fine.
