Breeding Cone

I was just wondering if to remove the breeding cone from the tank after the fry have been free swimming for a week now, and replace it after removing the fry from the parents, or just keep in place in the breeding tank? Thanks for info on this subject....

Once the fry have attached to the parents, there's no more need for the cone. I take mine out, it just takes up space in the breeding tank. -Don

I usually pull mine but like above only to make more room in the tank.
