stunted?

Does this discus look stunted? Body seems to have a football shape.

little fish would not have a PELVIC fin that long unless they were already old. it has really big eyes for such a small looking body

The color is what tells me is an older fish, they don't get to display those bright colors until they're way older, I have some flachens and after 3 months they started to show but not that high of a color and I still think there is some hormone feeding.

While I do not know him personally he is local to me. That is one of the parents. I know nothing of the quality of his fish.
