Best heater and air pump

Hello Everyone,

I just want to see what discus owners are using out there. Which heater brand is the most reliable and easy to use. Which air pump is dependable or most silent?


I have a jager heater along with a rena 400

I am also using an Eheim Jager and a Rena 300. Very happy with both. Have been using Eheim Jagers for over 5 years now, way before I started keeping discus (planted, african cichlid tanks) and IMO are one of the best heaters on the market.

I have never used other air pump. I have been using JW Pet 400 and 700. They are pretty good.
