Can I cut damaged pectoral fin?

Hi..Just quick question here. I have pigeon with left damaged pectoral fin. If I cut it, will/can it grow back normally?

Yes it will grow back.You want to cut slightly past where the fin is damaged with nice sharp scissors
Sometimes you can see a slight line or kink where the cut was made.I have done it a number of times and they grow back fine
Best to perform the operation on a fish that is still growing

Yes you can trim the fins. Only the soft rays. The hard rays will not grow back.
