Attached fry and laying eggs at the same time

Well this is a first for me. My scarlets have their first attached fry. Well I guess they liked that so well that they couldn't wait and they laid eggs again with 4 day old attached fry at the same time.

Well, I checked this morning and out of (8) fry plus eggs, there are (3) fry left. It's the male who is eating them. I noticed before going to bed last night he was catching them and blowing them onto the slate like they were supposed to be sticking there with the eggs. Oh well, since they are only 4 days old I hate to remove the two that are left. But I guess they'd have a better chance if I do remove them??? decisions decisions. This was the pairs first attached fry so maybe I should leave them there.
