Hello everyone!

Gonna have a family reunion in Orlando during Christmas and New Years. I am looking for some sugestions for nice restaurants that I can reserve for both dates.
Any local Florida peeps know of anything I can look into!?

Thanks!

Rodrigo, you looking for pricey, touristy, local mom and pops...all the above?? Steak, seafood...don't care.

Hi and Thanks!

For Christmas & New Years I would love a nice, high quality, restaurant, something that all of you that live down there would actually enjoy and not just a tourist trap! :)

I would always love recomendations on nice restaurants from locals for the rest of my stay as well! No specific cousine needed, I am very open to anything!

Rodrigo, I will do some digging for you and get back with you.
Pat

do you want to stay away from Disney etc for entertainment?

Thanks Pat! Doesn't really matter, I was thinking that a cool restaurant for New Years with some sort of band or show would be cool, doesn't need to be anything to crazy but since I haven't not worked New Years in so long, even a rock throwing contest would be fun!!! :)

Rodrigo, what about a dinner show?

I have been to these and pretty cool if you have not been. Food is good for being mass produced.

Scoll down to see other dinner shows. I would not recommend Sleuths Mystery Dinner Shows. Also there are restaurants at Seaworth and Disney where you can eat while watching the sharks swim around you.

I've been to Cafe Tu Tu Tango a few times. It's a tapas restaurant. A little pricey, but most restaurants in Orlando are that way because it's a touristy town.

It's kind of a fun place to hang out, chat, and have a drink. I try to avoid Orlando because of Disney, but that is one place that I've been that was kind of fun.

If your going for the meal / feast don't bother with Medieval times. The "feast" consists of a tiny bowl of tomato soup, 1 lil slice of garlic bread, 2 ribs, half a chicken, half a roast potato and a apple turnover. At $60 each it ain't cheap
