Odd growth on lower lip

I purchased this fish as an adult about 6 months ago. Beautiful fish. Healthy. I did notice, however, that his lower lip was large. Didn't think much of it. I thought I noticed it getting a bit bigger. I look at this fish everyday but didn't really notice this until today when my daughter pointed it out. Sometime we look at something so much we just don't see anything. Looks like he might have a growth on that lower lip. It now seems to be affecting his appetite/eating.

I'd definitely post this in the Disease/Sickness forum for expert help. Oh and don't forget to fill out the disease questionnaire. =)

Just hazarding a guess here, but I remember reading about swollen lips being associated with columnaris, which is why I think you need to repost this in the other forum section pronto.
