So I am getting 11 lbs of frozen blackworms from CBW and my angle for convincing my wife that I "needed" $120 of worms (that will take up 1/4 of the freezer) is that I don't have to mix up beefheart in her kitchen stuff. So am I OK to feed my juvies blackworms as staple along with super beefheart flake and NLS pellets?

Definitely! They will love blackworms, but I assume you already have them hooked on the flake? If not, get them eating the flake before you introduce the blackworms.

Your going to enjoy a much cleaner tank after feeding blackworms. Beefheart is messy and gets into the water column/prefilters/filters. Pain in the butt.

yeah beefheart stinks and is messy, yeah they flake and pellets. I think dan is onto something with the frozen blackworms.
