POsting a pic

Hello, I was trying to post a pic of some new Discus and cant, when I download I cant drag into the bottom. Help please!

I get all of the screens from the thread, but my pics are not uploading. They act like they are then I get a little red exclamation point out to the side. Is there a limit on file size? i dont think my pics are to large.

Got it sorted out, my pics were way to big. had to scale them way down.
