I am fancying a lot of gelatos recently though the knowledge that they contain 7 to 10 percent more fat than your usual ice cream.

They really are a lot creamier and denser and they seem to be richer in terms of flavor but I think that has got to be rooted to how they are prepared. I am thinking that there is not much air whipped into it that's why you get a better serving.

Looks like I am going to head on out a little later again.
