Bugeye as a euro mount

Some of ya'll might remember the stroy of bugeye ( http://forum.simplydiscus.com/showthread.php?91438-Deer-season-has-been-good-to-me... ). Well here he is as a euro mount. I shot him month ago. I also built the stand. Not that it matters to anyone else but the tip of the antler that I used to hold the skull on the stand came from a deer that a good friend of mine named Jimmy Brown killed many years ago. Jimmy passed away a while back so it seem fitting.

Now where to put bugeye. First I tried the counter between the kitchen and the dinning room. but my better half didn't really agree....I thought it looked good.

so then I cleaned off this little table (did a good job too..see all the crap piled on the chair...), but my wife did not like the way it looked with the mirror behind it..

so we moved down the wall to the corner and found his finally resting spot...

I suspect the better half found a better spot....but where it is, we would all like to know.

What a fitting tribute to a good hunting friend, John. I ain't into dead stuff, nor am I into hunting, but I can see that you've done a fine piece of work here.

I like it best on the table between the two chairs with the mirror behind it.
