Yeah, I love those steak and kidney pies for desert, nothing sweeter... :-)

On a serious note: If we can feed beef heart, I don't see a problem with beef kidney (for the fish I mean...).

Never seeing a kidney close-up, I would have to ask where the fat content lies. Is it cellular or outside like BH fat? If it can be trimmed, I think it would be okay, if not, I would not.
