I have a photo my dad's friend took of me but he is no expert at taking photo's with a digital camera. Well he ended up snapping the photo before the camera did it's auto focus so the pic doesn't look that great. Wondering if someone was good at fixing photos maybe with some kind of software. Can any one help?

Adobe might have an anti blur plug-in available for an upcoming version of Photoshop. It looks pretty cool. Watch the demo video.

So don't throw away those blurry photos. They might be salvageable in the near future.

Looks like you need to play around with the contrast in the image and use the Sharpen Tool. this is a bit better...but theres only so much you can do with a blurry over exposed image.

If you like it and want to send me the original by email , I'll see what I can do with it.

Paul's fix is as good as its going to get. I'm a writer/photographer. There's only so much that can be done with this shot, and Paul's done it... sorry... the only other thing I might do is pull down the yellow just a tad.

Something about Black and White makes a picture look better when they started out looking bad.

yeah, it does... a viewer gets the idea everything in the photo was done on purpose, for artistic effect!
