The officer went up a ramp, through a fence, and into my pool! He claims he was chasing a burglary suspect that jumped the fence...so his best judgement was to ram the fence not knowing what was on the other side...thank god it wasn't a kid's party!

Three and a half hours later the car was removed...if I live another 100 years, I will never see this again!

Well...after checking the video footage I was able to confirm that he was indeed chasing someone and actually wasn't speeding, he slowed at the gate and turned and sped after he saw the guy, he just didn't know the pool was there since it was covered for the season. I stand corrected and renew my faith in humanity! :)

I showed the police captain the video this afternoon and he was happy to see that the officer told the truth and that it all happened as the officer described, tonight we had a party at the club and I had to show the video to every member that came in! I could get rich out of this thing...it's that funny! And yes, the perp got away!
